Alia Michaud

Alia graduated with a Scholar designation in her Massage Therapy program at Cambrian College in 2025. During her studies, Alia gained confident experience treating a wide variety of individuals including athletes, prenatal patients, pediatrics and the general public. 

Alia is passionate about providing client centred care by utilizing assessments as well as listening to patient experiences to develop personalized treatments in order to help you feel your best and accomplish therapeutic goals. She enjoys using techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, joint mobilizations, stretching and remedial exercise to improve range of motion and decrease symptoms, in order to help patients get the most out of their visits. 

As a registered massage therapist, Alia is committed to continuing education and receiving additional training in areas such as cupping techniques and aromatherapy to enhance her expertise.

In her spare time, Alia enjoys cooking, spending time in nature, as well as practicing her artistic abilities.
